Originally from Toulouse, Charlotte has built an international dimension into her career through her higher education in London, where she lived for six years. This experience in a multicultural environment has given her an excellent command of English, a broad international outlook and a natural ease in working across cultures. After returning to Toulouse in 2011, she specialised in the organisation of conferences and professional events. For more than 15 years, she has contributed to the success of scientific, medical and institutional conferences, coordinating all aspects of event organisation for national and international audiences. Her expertise, attention to detail and commitment to service enable her to manage complex events with precision, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for organisers, speakers and participants alike.
Tifanny VEST
Based in Toulouse since 2012, Tifany has also developed an international perspective through several months of experience in England. Her academic background and international experience have given her a natural ease when working with English- and Spanish-speaking contacts, as well as a broad cultural outlook. She brings a 360-degree perspective to the team, drawing on extensive experience in communications and event management. With 10 years of hands-on experience, she has been responsible for the logistical and scientific coordination of conferences and symposia since 2024. Her versatility, professionalism and expertise in both communications and event organisation enable her to manage complex projects methodically and effectively, providing tailored support designed to deliver a high-quality experience and measurable impact.
